The customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale below.

The website www.rhumarrangeguiose.com is the property of the company Les Rhums Guiose registered in the Bordeaux trade register at number 45085351000078.Les Rhums Guiose is located ZI Bentejac 33660 Saint Seurin Sur l'isle.
The Guiose Rhums Company is owned by Guiose Lambert.
Any order automatically implies your acceptance of our general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale are governed by French law for both the fund rules and the rules of form.

3) LEGAL INFORMATION
-WARRANTYLEGAL
All the products that you buy on www.rhumarrangeguiose.com are covered by our two-year legal warranty against defects of conformity in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and by our legal warranty against hidden defects in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. Under Articles L. 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, consumers have the right to obtain from Guiose Rums the repair or replacement free of charge of products which have a lack of conformity, by reporting this defect in a period of 2 years from their issue. Under articles 1641 et seq. Of the Civil Code, if there was a hidden defect when the product was purchased, the buyer has the right in particular to return the product and obtain reimbursement of the price by www.rhumarrangeguiose.com within 2 years from the discovery of the defect
- MINORS AND LEGAL CAPACITY
Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974 prohibit the sale and supply of alcoholic beverages to minors and similar.

- ALCOHOL ABUSE
Abuse of alcohol is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.

4) SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
If despite all the care we take in selecting our arranged rums, the product you have purchased does not give you complete satisfaction, you can return it to the following address: Les Rhums Guiose ZI Bentejac rue Louis Bentejac 33660 Saint Seurin sur l 'Isle, in its original packaging and this up to 30 days after the date of receipt of the product ordered from:
www.rhumarrangeguiose.com. Upon receipt of your product we will proceed according to your choice either to a full refund of the product ordered and the shipping costs incurred within 14 days or to the establishment of a credit or an exchange of the product.

5) PRICE
The prices of our products are in Euros, Price inclusive of VAT.
6) DELIVERY
2 Types of Deliveries are now offered on our website www.rhumarrangeguiose.com, Colissimo delivery or
the withdrawal of the products ordered can also be done on site at the following address: Zi Bentejac rue louis bentejac 33660 saint seurin l'isle.

7) Deadlines
FRANCE Métropole:
The Maximum delivery time is 9 Days, from the receipt of the order (Monday to Friday, order placed before 11:00 am).
We deliver only in France.

7.a- Breakage during shipping
If a package arrives at the damaged recipient (breakage of the bottle (s)) or opening of the prepared rum preparation sachets, we advise the recipient to refuse the package or to express his reservations on the delivery slip. The transporter will inform www.rhumarrangeguiose.com.
On receipt of this information, www.rhumarrangeguiose.com undertake to send the recipient an identical parcel immediately.
7.b- Availability of products
All of the products offered on our site www.rhumarrangeguiose.com are available in stock. However, given the specificity of the products offered, we are not always able to restock with our suppliers. Our offer is therefore understood to be within the limits of available stocks and exceptions indicated.
The updating of our product database is in principle regular. However, the products displayed available may sometimes no longer be available when your order is processed.

7.c- Delivery address
If the package is returned to www.rhumarrangeguiose.com on the grounds of "incomplete address" or "false address", the company Rhums Guiose undertakes to contact its customer to inform him of the situation and request additional information on the address or a new shipping address. The costs of this reshipment will be borne by the customer. 8) INVOICING - PAYMENT

10) CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER ---- WITHDRAWAL
Any request for cancellation of an order must be made before the products are dispatched, to be taken into consideration. The minimum time to notify us is 24 hours before the departure date of the packages. This cancellation must be made by email to the following address: rhumguiose@gmail.com, and will give rise to a full refund corresponding to the amount of the purchase made. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the Cancellation of the order. The customer has 30 days maximum counted from the receipt of a withdrawal email to return the product in its packaging to the following address; Les Rhums Guiose ZI bentejac rue louis Bentejac 33660 saint seurin sur l 'isle.A full refund will be made upon receipt of the product.

12) SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
All the contractual provisions defined above are governed by French law. Our Customer Service is at your disposal for the settlement of any dispute and in the absence of an amicable solution, only the Courts of FRANCE will be competent.
13) PROOF OF DELIVERY
We undertake to provide free information on the delivery position by email.
